Every week from now to the end of the year, every student will be required to blog about any political, social, economic, current event, or cultural issue you choose. Blogs are meant to be informative, but it also gives the author the right to inject his/her opinion. This is a responsibility that must be used wisely. Please use common sense and common courtesy when expressing your opinion. Do not write anything that would be offensive to others.
Guidelines
Article must be a minimum of two well written paragraphs. Your blog should be grammatically correct. It must include a work cited source at the bottom of the page. You are encouraged to look at many different sites to gather information. Your blog needs to be updated by the beginning of class on Monday. You can pick a topic of your choosing, but do not pick the same topic more than once, within a unit. We will discuss the blog topics for the portion of class. This is a chance to express yourself and your opinions, please utilize it.
Each student is responsible for reading at least two other students blogs, and posting a comment. The comment should be a minimum of a paragraph, and it should be a response to what was said in the article.
